Russell and Suzanne met while living in San Diego, attending SDSU in 2002. Maybe it was destiny that their paths crossed and fate that their friendship led to love…or maybe just luck? But it happened…and we’re thankful it did!
At SDSU, Suzanne met Lori Brent in some of her college classes. They immediately became good friends and it was Lori, a high school friend of Russell’s, who introduced them. The casual introduction and a couple run-ins at the gym led to study dates at the library, invites to each others apartment parties and soon daily hang outs and a strong friendship.
Between 2002 and 2007 Russell and Suzanne continued to become the best of friends, talking every day/minute and enjoying vacations together, ski trips and visits to NYC…which led all to believe they were “more than friends.” But it wasn’t until New Years 2007 that it became official!
After Suzanne's move back to San Diego, Russell and Suzanne have continued to watch their relationship grow even stronger and look forward to yet another chapter with marriage!
And sometimes they do think it's luck...because Russell and Suzanne know they are lucky to have found their best friend, soul mate and person they'll spend the rest of their lives with.
