Meet the Johnson siblings- Star, Tam and baby brother Jay. The three of them wanted to give mom an updated photo for her wall since two of the three kids live away from home. Star is lives and works Thailand and Tam is studying Cellular and Molecular Medicine at John Hopkins in Baltimore. Mom should be proud! FYI: When photographing families with kids, bubbles are a photographer’s best friend! We usually have our bag of treats, bubbles and toys to entertain kids while photographing them, but since moving, we’re still trying to find stuff from out boxes. Luckily, Joanne and Tony had some of those magic bubbles. It was an overcast day but we made it happen with a few flashes and some bubbles : ) Please check out their family photos taken at San Diego’s Balboa Park. We had a great time. Cheryl and Matt contacted us to photograph their two adorable boys again for holiday photos! I must say that it’s always nice to have a family contact us for photos because it gives us the opportunity to see how much they’ve grown. You may remember Jacob and Ian from their holiday photos last year. These two are definitely growing into their own distinguishable personalities. We’ll let the photos speak for themselves. You may remember this young lady from the Team Rachel bridesmaid photo session from last year. It has been two years since Bernadette and Dustin last took family photos, so they called on the 5byseven team. 5byseven would like to welcome to the world Giovani (Gio) Luca Egleton! It was just a few weeks prior to baby Gio’s arrival that we had the opportunity to photography mommy’s (Stephanie) Maternity in our San Diego studio. I visited Stephanie and Jocelyn and their new bundle of joy, Baby Gio, to take some photos. The natural light shinning through the window of their home was just right. You could tell this little baby was loving the warm sun rays as he peacefully slept through the whole session! Congratulations Stephanie & Jocelyn on the arrival of your little man.

Myleen and Carlo came by the 5byseven studio for Maternity Photos earlier this week. This lovely couple were given a photo session as a gift from an old family friend. Myleen (native San Diegan) met Carlo (native San Franciscan) and according to Carlo it was love at first sight. Jordan Isaiah is due to arrive in about 3 weeks. Congratulations Myleen and Carlo!
