June 18, 2009 San Diego, CA – After 20 years of dedicated service, Lieutenant Commander Steven Harper has been “Relieved from the Watch”. 5byseven had the privilege of photographing the Retirement Ceremony of LCDR Harper. Thank you LCDR Harper for serving our country, protecting our freedom and for choosing us to photograph this momentous occasion. We salut you!
