Portraits: Who is Mark Park?

5byseven had the opportunity to photograph Mr. Mark Park this past weekend. Here’s a little something he wanted to write with our blog:

“I’m 24, just doing anything I can to keep things fun. -found a good excuse to catch up with an old friend while making a new one, and take a few pictures. I’m not really the type to be in photos, but I wanted something to keep as a reminder to look back on 40-50 years from now. there really is no special occasion or event. just life. trying to make the most of it in any way possible. if all else fails, laugh it off! -peace to 5byseven for making it such a fun shoot.” -Mark

Please keep your eyes on this young and upcoming San Diego chef. He’s destined to accomplish some big things in his life! Good call on the shoot. More people should take this opportunity to take a snapshot of their lives as you did. Special thanks to Krisha for making a special cameo!

Baby Gio

5byseven would like to welcome to the world Giovani (Gio) Luca Egleton! It was just a few weeks prior to baby Gio’s arrival that we had the opportunity to photography mommy’s (Stephanie) Maternity in our San Diego studio. I visited Stephanie and Jocelyn and their new bundle of joy, Baby Gio, to take some photos. The natural light shinning through the window of their home was just right. You could tell this little baby was loving the warm sun rays as he peacefully slept through the whole session! Congratulations Stephanie & Jocelyn on the arrival of your little man.

Have baby? Will travel. Let 5byseven capture those precious moments.

Engagement Session: Jasmine & Marco

Introducing Jasmine & Marco, one of the most fun-loving couple you’ll ever meet. We had perfect sunny San Diego weather. We started off their engagement session with photographs at Old Poway Park and then stopped by the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA, the place they met) in downtown La Jolla for a few quick snaps. While we were taking photos outside the train station, the train conductor, Earl, came out and asked if we wanted to take a few pics inside before he went home. How cool is that!? We went inside and only had a few minutes to shoot but made the best of it. Thanks so much Earl!!

Thanks for a great session today guys and we look forward to your wedding!
